These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Reply ("the service", "we", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

AI Reply provides an automated messaging assistant that connects to your authorized Facebook Pages to receive customer messages and comments and generate automated replies on your behalf. Features and limits depend on your selected plan.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must be authorized to manage any Facebook Page you connect to the service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Send spam, harassment, deceptive, or unlawful content.
  • Violate Facebook/Meta Platform Terms or Community Standards.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Plans, Credits & Billing

  • The service operates on a credit-based and subscription model. Each automated reply consumes credits based on usage.
  • Paid plans are activated after payment is verified. Free accounts have limited access until a plan is purchased and verified.
  • Credits and subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

5. Third-Party Services

The service relies on third-party platforms including Facebook/Meta and AI processing providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or limitations imposed by these third parties that may affect the service.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the service at any time.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Automated replies are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for monitoring your Pages and ensuring replies meet your business needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Reply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding three months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
